Microbial virulence factors and their roles in host-pathogen interactions, development of modified-live and submit vaccines for bacterial and viral pathogens, explore host-derived peptides (proteins) as alternatives to antibiotics, explore biotherapeutics as antiviral agent, pathogens and host transcriptomics studies.
